Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

The kids and I really liked this meal. Truth be told, my dear husband did not. However, as he does not enjoy ham or scalloped potatoes, I don’t think is opinion of this recipe counts šŸ™‚ This meal is a nice change from the typical chicken or beef recipes and is really easy to make. It only takes a total of 4 1/2 hours to bake in the slow cooker, so it is a nice option for those days you want a slow cooked meal, but didn’t have time to get it in started in the morning.
