Flavored Rice

I came up with a glorious idea the other day. I always make several cups of extra rice whenever we need it for a meal. I freeze it and pull it out for another meal later. A few weeks ago, I made a baked orange chicken recipe and had tons of sauce left over in the pan. I was looking at it and thinking what a waste it was to throw it out, so I mixed the sauce and extra rice together. I put it all in a gallon size freezer bag and froze it for later. We pulled it out and heated it for dinner the other day. It was delicious and turned out to be an easy compliment for the meal. I have since done the same thing with left over creamy garlic sauce. This version turned out nicely as well.
