I really enjoy hummus, but hate how much it costs. So today I ventured out and made my own. I can’t believe how easy it is and how versatile I can make it. Baked Pita Chips seemed like the natural compliment to hummus. I served them with dinner tonight and everyone enjoyed it. The kids requested it in their lunches tomorrow too!
