One Pot Italian Chicken Pasta

One Pot meals have become quite the sensation on the web these days.  I have fallen in love with them myself.  I’ve been making this meal for a while now and my family loves it. Chicken Salad Sandwiches.  It’s time for light lunches and nicer weather.

Sweet Baked Chicken

I just got back from a two week trip to visit family and to take my daughter to get her wisdom teeth removed.  It was a busy trip and I am happy to be home again.  While I was there, I ate some leftover baked chicken my mom had made the night before.  It was really good, slightly sweet and nice and moist.  I couldn’t determine what she had used for the flavor, so I asked her.  She smiled a little sheepishly and said “Well, I was out of corn flakes so I used Frosted Flakes.”  I decided to try it out on my family last night and it was a hit!   This recipe is super easy and tastes great!
